The Nutcracker

Recently I had the opportunity to see The Nutcracker Ballet at Lincoln Center, NY. I would like to share this with other moms, not just because it was a great experience for me, but my 4 year old daughter loved it! There were many children, both girls and boys, there with their families and all about the same age, I would assume. I think it is very important to expose children at a young age to the arts. It helps a child become well rounded and appreciate many different aspects of life, not to mention, they are working on their manners in a public theater! I feel the ballet was a perfect setting to observe dancing, classical music, and creative set design. My daughter couldn't keep her eyes off the stage. I would highly recommend The Nutcracker to all children and their families as a wonderful holiday present!
