A Fun Place Where Mommy Can Laugh, Learn, Love and Cry

My spouse and I are going to a formal event in a few weeks. I am getting a dress, jewelry and everything lined up. I have thought about doing a teeth whitening, but am not sure if this usually covered by Dental Insurance Plans. Have you guys had any experience with this sort of thing? Have you found that it really makes much of a difference. I would love to hear your thoughts. We don't get to do stuff like this too often and I really want to look my best. Any tips or advice that you guys have would be great. Thanks for helping us out.

Hey Cammi! I have used the crest white strips, but they made my teeth so sensitve that I had to stop after a few days. 2 years ago, when I was getting married, my dentist did something called "sand blasting" on my teeth when I was there for a cleaning. It only takes a few mintures and it really made a difference. It also doesn't cost anything because it's part of the cleaning. Now everytime I go to the dentist they do it for me. It's a great alternative to teeth whitening:)
